Microsoft Patch Tuesday for February

Tech Republic runs down the list of patches released by Microsoft for their monthly Tuesday patch release, with short descriptions of the vulnerablity each patch repairs, and a prioritization recommendation for the fixes.  Some are critical and should be implemented immediately, while others can wait until testing is complete.
