CampusIvy: Centralized Financial Aid Access for Stanbridge Students
Stanbridge University is committed to protecting student information and providing clear, reliable access to financial aid services. To support this, the Financial Aid Department is introducing CampusIvy, a secure, student-facing platform that centralizes financial aid communication and document submission.
Beginning March 13, 2026, CampusIvy will be used for all financial aid–related processes.
What is CampusIvy?
CampusIvy is a secure online platform used by the Stanbridge University Financial Aid Office to manage financial aid communication and document submission in one centralized location. Through CampusIvy, students can submit required forms, upload documentation, view outstanding requirements,
and communicate directly with their Financial Aid Officer.
Why Is Stanbridge University Using CampusIvy?
CampusIvy allows financial aid communication and documentation to be handled through a single, secure system.
Centralizing these processes helps ensure:

Is my financial aid changing?
No. This transition does not affect your financial aid eligibility, FAFSA information, or awarded aid.
When will I start using CampusIvy?
CampusIvy will be required for all financial aid–related processes beginning March 13, 2026.
Do I need to resubmit documents I already sent?
No. Documents previously submitted do not need to be resubmitted unless your Financial Aid Officer specifically requests them.
How do I access CampusIvy?
You will receive an email invitation by March 13 with instructions to create your CampusIvy account.

Can I still email financial aid documents?
No. Sensitive financial aid documents should not be sent by email. All required documents must be uploaded directly through CampusIvy.
