Nominations Open: Rear Admiral Howard A. Roop Alumnus of Year Award

Stanbridge College Alumni Association is pleased to announce that nominations for the Rear Admiral Howard A. Roop Alumnus of Year Award are now being accepted for the 2013 Commencement Ceremony.

The Rear Admiral Howard A. Roop Alumnus of the Year award recognizes an individual who has gained unique distinction through their professional accomplishments and has brought a positive change to their community through leadership and civic engagement.

Stanbridge College is seeking nominations of our alumni who have earned outstanding achievements in their profession, have made contributions to their field and have commanded leadership in community service. We aim to highlight an individual whose achievements in critical thinking, leadership and compassion for fellow man and community match the goals and mission of Stanbridge College.

This award will be granted to a recipient who graduated before August 15, 2012. Please note the recipient of this award must be able to attend the Stanbridge College Summer 2013 Commencement Exercises on July 20, 2013.

Award Application – Deadline June 14, 2013

Please complete the application and submit it through one of the following options: email graduation@stanbridge.edu, drop it off at the front desk reception in Suite 107 for Victoria Sauer, or fax it to 949-794-9094 attention to Victoria Sauer by June 14, 2013.

Award Recognition

The recipients of these two awards will be recognized at the Stanbridge College 2013 Commencement Exercises on July 20, 2013. In addition to a plaque and promotion via the Stanbridge College media department, the recipient will also receive:

– United States Congressional certificate of recognition
– California State Assembly certificate of recognition
– Invitation to two executive luncheons with the Stanbridge College Advisory Board comprising of Southern California executives, directors and managers. Recipients will be recognized by the College President and able to meet and network with the executives.
